$800 - $1000 per day depending on experience

About the role

GUESTS: Up to 40 ppl

Duties include but are not limited to: 
- ⁠Adhering to dietary requirements
⁠- Menu planning
- Understanding and adhering to food hygiene and handling processes
⁠- Must have experience with corporate events
- Coordinate ingredient sourcing and provisioning, including creating shopping lists and managing food deliveries
- Supervise and direct kitchen assistants, servers, or kitchen hands as required for smooth service
- Set up and maintain buffet stations, ensuring food is replenished and presented attractively throughout service
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly used, cleaned, and stored after service
- Conduct post-service kitchen clean-down and maintain an organised workspace throughout the event
- Remain flexible to accommodate last-minute changes, guest preferences, or schedule adjustments
⁠- Must have formal qualifications, experience, Police Check or background check up to date
