DETAILS
• Wardrobe management.
• Ability to multitask with excellent time management skills.
• Well-developed organisational skills.
• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
• Organising the client’s personal commitments.
• Should be fluent in both english & arabic, both written and spoken.
• Must have experience working with UHNW families
• Must work in a diplomatic manner with other staff
• Must be willing to travel internationally
• Must be happy to sign NDA
• MUST be formally qualified with Police check and references
• Accommodation, visa, flights and meals provided
