About the role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Marketing Support:
-Assist in the company’s development and execution of brand marketing campaigns, including product launches, in-store promotions, and sampling programs.
-Help coordinate photoshoots and content creation for product marketing materials, such as brochures, catalogues, and in-store displays.
-Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
2. Trade Marketing:
-Support the planning and execution of trade marketing activities, including merchandising strategies, retailer training, and promotional events.
-Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of trade marketing initiatives with overall sales objectives.
-Help manage relationships with retail partners, ensuring brand guidelines are followed and marketing materials are effectively utilized.
3. Project Management:
-Coordinate and manage timelines for the company’s marketing projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
-Liaise with external agencies and suppliers for the production of marketing materials and point-of-sale (POS) assets.
4. Administrative Support:
-Handle administrative tasks such as invoice processing, budget tracking, and coordinating meetings.
-Assist in organising marketing events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event evaluations.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience or internships in marketing, preferably within the beauty, luxury, or FMCG sectors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of market research and data analysis.
Experience working with retailers or within a trade marketing role.
Familiarity with premium or luxury brand marketing.
Knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
