About the role
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), paid search, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
-Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
-Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content for the brand’s website, blog, and email newsletters.
-Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
-Organize and manage events, product launches, and press days to promote brand initiatives.
-Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility and credibility
-Coordinate product gifting and sponsored content creation with influencers.
Requirements:
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations
-Experience: Entry level. Preferred 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or public relations, preferably within the beauty, luxury, or fashion industries.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
-Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), email marketing
platforms, and analytics tools
-Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative campaigns.
-Experience working with beauty or luxury brands.
-Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
-Familiarity with influencer marketing and social media trends.
-Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
