Duties include but are not limited to:

Duties include but are not limited to:
•All aspects of childcare
•Preparing nutritious meals and packing daycare lunch boxes
•Daycare drop-off and pick-up
•Organising and engaging in fun and educational activities and outings
•Taking children to and from extracurricular activities and social events
•Assisting with bath time, teeth brushing and evening wind-down
•Household duties and home organisation, including children’s laundry
•MUST be proactive, responsible, mature and grounded with a happy disposition
•MUST have a valid, clean driver’s licence and be a confident driver

•MUST be formally qualified with NSW WWCC, National Police Clearance, and First Aid with CPR and Anaphylaxis certification up to date

DETAILS:
• Oversee the daily operations of a luxury private estate, ensuring exceptional service standards.
• Lead and manage household staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Develop SOPs, manage budgets, expenses, inventories, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate contractors, maintenance, renovations, and estate improvement projects.
• Organize VIP guest experiences, family travel, logistics, and property operations.
• Work closely with security teams to ensure privacy, safety, and confidentiality.
• Maintain household assets, including valuable collections and furnishings.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing luxury estates or ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) households.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, project management, and organizational skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and household management software.
• Excellent English communication, high discretion, attention to detail, and service mindset.
• Valid driver's license, willingness to travel, NDA compliance, formal qualifications, background check, and strong references required.
