DETAILS:
*Tasks includes but not limited to daily living assistance including personal care and hygiene, health monitoring, help during meal times and general mobility assistance.
Coordinating daily medicine requirements.
*Maintaning a clean environment.
*Engaging community based recreational and social activities.
*Transportation and assitance when shopping or during appointments.
*Providing companionship
*Experience in aged care is highly regarded.
*MUST have experience as a Carer or Nurse.
*MUST have Cert III in an Aged Care qualification or similar
